frederic wagner 0d8df8aaeb gipy: removing jit 
segfaults with the jit so i removed it.
perfs are still ok due to the use of transformVertices instead
i would have like to have both though :-(

my guess is the segfaults are not really jit related but related to the
size of the code in memory.
