- use g.fillPoly when device doesn't support g.fillPolyAA
- use (mostly) 3-bit colors instead of dithering
- crash a bit less on incomplete weather data

Ben Whittaker 5925628cf6 Weather: refactoring and reduced ram usage 
These changes reduce the memory usage of the ram widget by up to 70
JSVars, depending on the weather.
